Prebiotic Fiber Rich Chocolate Chip Avocado Brownies

Today we are sharing with you @paiges_plates delicious and healthy recipe of prebiotic fiber rich chocolate chip avocado brownies! Paige is on track to becoming a registered dietician and has plenty of other yummy and healthy recipes, so be sure to check out her instagram!
These brownies are perfect for when you are looking for a gluten free or grain free rich chocolate chip brownie, and also want to get your gut healthy boost of prebiotic fiber and resistant starch in too!
Prebiotic Fiber Rich Chocolate Chip Avocado Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of Daily Uplifter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl (except chocolate chips).
- Add wet and dry ingredients together.
- Add chocolate chips and fold into the mixture.
- Spray loaf tin with coconut oil spray.
- Pour batter into loaf tin and add a sprinkle of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
