Gut-Happy Prebiotic-Fiber Banana Chia Cookies
Hey everyone,
Today we wanted to share with you the gorgeous instagram influencer @paige_plates gut happy banana chia cookie recipe using her Daily Uplifter!
Paige is an RD2BE studying to become a dietitian and is a fiber loving fan.
How delicious do these gut happy cookies look!?
The recipe looks super simple for these Uplift banana chia gut happy cookies:
DRY ingredients:
1/2C almond flour
1/4C coconut flour
1/4C chia seeds
2 T @upliftfood Daily Uplifter
2 T cinnamon
1 stevia packet
1 t baking powder
Dash of salt
WET ingredients:
1 egg
1 T @choczero maple syrup
1 medium, mashed banana
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients into 2 separate bowls, mix them together and form 8 ping pong size balls on a sprayed baking sheet (I used non-stick coconut oil spray).
Then, flatten your 8 balls into cookies and bake them on 350 for 15 minutes.
