Prebiotic Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
-2.5 cups almond milk
-1/2 cup chia seeds
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 serving Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge overnight. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, nut butters, and everything in between!
