Prebiotic Fiber Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- handful of frozen berries
- handful of frozen spinach
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of the Daily Uplifter
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 TBSP peanut butter
- elderberry immunity
