Prebiotic Fiber Good Mood Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbs cashew butter
- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1 tbs daily uplifter
- 1 medjul date
