Prebiotic Fiber Blended Chia Seed Pudding

We are super pleased to share with you this amazing recipe from @thehealthyavo of prebiotic fiber blended chia seed pudding to start your morning with a healthy, gut friendly protein packed breakfast. This recipe is super easy and delicious!
Prebiotic Fiber Blended Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbs coconut yogurt
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds till creamy. Place in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for about 5 min to get thick and creamy. Add whatever fruit you have on hand, delicious almond butter, and bee pollen.
