Prebiotic Fiber Blue Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4-1 cup coconut water, depending on desired consistency
- 1 Tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cup frozen steamed zucchini slices
