Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry Muffin Toast

Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry Muffin Toast:
1. Toast 2 slices of your favorite bread
2. Mash some unsalted cooked beans with defrosted frozen blueberries
vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of the Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
3. Spread the bean mixture on your toast and add your favorite toppings; enjoy!
