Prebiotic Fiber Cherry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 scoop of the Daily Uplifter
- 1 cup almond milk
- lactose free yogurt on the bottom topped with my smoothie, hemp hearts and almond whip cream
