Prebiotic-Fiber Brownie Batter Thickshakes
It might not be summer over here yet, but we are sure dreaming of it thanks to Emma Swanston's new recipe: prebiotic-fiber filled brownie batter thickshakes! YUM!
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 C vanilla Greek style yogurt
1/2 C vanilla almond milk
1-2 Tbsp cacao (depending on how rich you want it)
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener (more or less to taste)
1 tsp of instant espresso (or a shot of your fave brew)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch pink salt
