Prebiotic Fiber Chocolate Oats with Vanilla Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of quick and rolled oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- Topped with vanilla protein chia pudding, nectarines, blueberries, some homemade granola and chocolate squares
