Prebiotic Fiber Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 200g Banana 🍌 mashed
- 50g of Uplift Food's Daily Uplifter
- 100g Oats
- 160g Plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Sweetener
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1 Cup Water
