Prebiotic Fiber Chocolate Vanilla Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk and water
- 1 tiny apple
- 1 tiny plum
- a few slices of kiwi
- a handful of raisins, and sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp Daily Uplifter
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
