Prebiotic Fiber Gut Healing Oat Bowl

1. Cook oats with apple, ground pumpkin seeds, and ground flax seeds until cooked through.

2. Pour the oat mixture into a bowl.

3. Add your favorite toppings like plant based yogurt, Gut Happy Cookies, and chia seeds.
