Here's what you need to make these prebiotic-fiber cookie dough truffles...
120g oat flour
40g Uplift Food Vanilla Daily Uplifter
65g smooth peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
60ml maple syrup
Sea salt (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together and form balls with the batter.
2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
3. Coat the balls in the melted chocolate and lay on parchment paper
4. Sprinkle sea salt on top and put in the fridge to set.
