1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cotton candy grapes
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice (optional)
Handful of ice
Splash of either water or milk
1 tsp beetroot powder (for color)
2 tbsp kefir
1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Topped with dragon fruit
