Prebiotic Fiber Flourless Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Prebiotic Fiber Flourless Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 small mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp. date syrup or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- 12 hazelnut chocolate squares
