Prebiotic Fiber PB & J Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oats
- Tbs jam
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- flax seeds
- chia seeds
- Topped with the Gut Happy Cookies, granola, and honeycrisp apples.
