Prebiotic Fiber Green Banana Peach Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 scoops plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 serving Daily Uplifter
- 2 pieces of cacao butter
- Dash of almond milk
- A bunch of ice cubes
- Top with blueberries, nectarine, slivered almonds, granola, and shredded coconut
