Prebiotic Fiber Green Apple Crumble Bars

Prebiotic Fiber Green Apple Crumble Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 large green apple
- 3 tbsp the Daily Uplifter
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup granulated stevia
Crumble topping ✨
- 2 tbsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated stevia
Instructions:
- Roughly chop apple and combine ingredients above
- Combine topping mixture and sprinkle over base layer
- Bake on 350 for about 45 min or until golden and fluffy. Makes 12 bars!
