Gut Healthy Prebiotic-Fiber Granola Oatmeal Bowl
Nikki from @its_nicolettemarie posted the most delicious looking gut healthy granola oatmeal bowl. This high protein, vegan, prebiotic packed oatmeal bowl is the perfect warm and cozy breakfast!

Salted Eggnog Granola:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown rice crisps cereal
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1/3 cup salted eggnog nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add it wet and mix again until fully incorporated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press mixture onto sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then let it cool for at least 30 minutes before breaking it into chunks (the longer you wait, the bigger the chunks) store in the fridge to keep it crunchy!
