Today we're sharing a recipe with you from one of our newest Uplifters, @mymomisnotachef! Juliette shares tons of creative gluten-free recipes that you should definitely check out, just like her prebiotic fiber-filled overnight oats!
Prebiotic-Fiber Overnight Oats:
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Mix your oats, chia seeds, Daily Uplifter, and milk of choice in a small bowl or container and cover. Leave in the fridge overnight and top with mixed berries or other toppings of choice. Enjoy instant gut happiness!
