Prebiotic-Fiber Mixed Fruit Oat Bowl
Hey Everyone!
Natalie Rosay from @wakeupandsmelltherosay posted a great oatmeal bowl recipe that we want to share with you! If you love the combo of healthy prebiotics, fruit and oatmeal, this ones for you!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- boiled water
- 1 scoop of The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk
Directions:
1. Pour just enough boiled water to cover the quick oats, then let them sit (covered with a lid) for 4 minutes to absorb the water.
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and top with your favorite toppings!
