Today we had to share with you the most creative instagram foodie profile we have come to love from Meghan Shookman of @theshookslife!

Meghans creations are always so healthy and mouth watering, and these gut happy mocha protein overnight oats she created using her Uplift Food Daily Uplifter are no exception to the rule!

Ingredients:
-1 C of raw, old-fashioned oats
-2 T chia seeds
-1 scoop of Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
-1/2 C of chocolate protein drink or chocolate almond milk
-6 T of cold brew or strong coffee

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar, stir to combine, refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning! Option to top with chocolate chips.
