Prebiotic-Fiber Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 2 over-ripe bananas
- 1 egg (or flax egg)
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 serving Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- Pinch salt
- Dark choc - chips or chopped (as much as you'd like)
