These prebiotic snack bites are quick to make, and are easily accessible while still keeping you satisfied!

Prebiotic Energy Bite Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 Medjool dates pitted
- Cocoa powder for topping
- Shredded coconut for topping
