Prebiotic Fiber Peanut Butter Chocolate Shortbread Bars
Ingredients:
SHORTBREAD CRUST
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour (if you don’t have coconut flour, replace with more almond flour)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- pinch of salt
