- Frozen cauliflower
- 1 serving The Daily Uplifter
- 1/8 cup MCT powder
- A few drops of liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- pink pitaya powder
- Combine all ingredients and blend. Top with your toppings of choice
