Prebiotic-Fiber Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

We hope you're as excited for fall as we are! To kick off the season, we're sharing Marisa's recipe for prebiotic pumpkin chocolate chip muffins!

Ingredients:
1 cup of pumpkin purée
2 eggs
¼ cup of your favorite milk
4 tablespoons of drippy almond butter
2 cups of oat flour
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of honey & ¼ coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
½ cup of dark chocolate chips
2 scoops of Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
How to:
1. Beat your eggs then mix in the remaining wet ingredients together.
2. Sift dry ingredients together then slowly mix in dry with wet.
3. Stir in chocolate chips or top them off at the end.
4. Fill a greased 12 serving muffin tin with 3/4 of mixture in each. Bake in oven for 20-22 mins at 350 F
