Prebiotic-Fiber Pumpkin Spice Latte Donuts

We know it might be basic, but we're so in love with these amazing, uplifting fall recipes!
Caitlin from at @kalefornia_kravings has mastered the perfect fall donut: pumpkin spice latte with a sweet cinnamon glaze. Coffee in your donuts might be the only thing better than coffee and donuts...especially if they're full of gut-happy ingredients!
Dry ingredients:
1 cup cassava flour
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
