Prebiotic Fiber Smoothie Bowl

The weather is finally getting nice out and it has us craving some gut healthy smoothie bowls! @DetroitWellness has created a refreshing prebiotic fiber rich smooth bowl using the Daily Uplifter! This recipe will keep your gut happy all day long.
Prebiotic Fiber Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp spiralina
- 1 Tbsp @upliftfood Daily Uplifter
- Stevia
- Ice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Toppings:
- Dried unsweetened coconut,
- macadamia nuts,
- 1/2 tbs melted coconut oil with stevia drizzled
Instructions:
- Combine each ingredient in a blender and pulse.
- Top with toppings and serve.
