Prebiotic Pretzel Almond Butter Cups

Caitlin (@kalefornia_kravings) has created a recipe for prebiotic pretzel almond butter cups, and we promise they're better than the standard peanut butter cup!

Pretzel Almond Butter Cups
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2/3 cups almond butter
2 tsps Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
½ cup pretzels, crushed (plus a few extra for the top)
1. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners.
2 Combine the almond butter, pretzels and daily uplifter in a bowl. Set aside.
3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips at 30 second intervals until they’re completely melted.
4. Pour just enough chocolate into each muffin liner to just cover the bottom. Place a small amount of the almond butter mixture on top of the melted chocolate in each tin. Then cover the almond mixture with the remaining chocolate.
5. Sprinkle the top with the extra chopped pretzels and place the muffin tin in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
