Prebiotic Pumpkin Spice Mocha Gut Healthy Cookies!
Today we are bringing you a new recipe from Aussie prebiotic loving fan @emsswanston who is a PT and nutrition coach!
These cookies fit so many specialty diets being grain free, egg free, and of course, are packed with gut healthy prebiotics.
Check out the delicious gut healthy recipe deets:
1 C almond butter
1/4 C pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp cacao
Pumpkin or chai spice mix Sub - 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp each of nutmeg, cardamom & cloves
3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener - or coconut sugar
1 tsp instant espresso
1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Dark choc for drizzling
1 tsp coconut flour & 1 Tbsp almond milk - softer cookie
