Gut Healthy Chocolate Mango Prebiotic-Fiber Chillers

Summer might be coming to a close here in the USA, but we have no shortage of recipes that are perfect for the heat! @emmswantson one of our Australian fans has created yet another amazing prebiotic treat.

Gut Healthy Ingredients:
1/2 C vanilla (or coconut) yogurt
1/2 C vanilla almond milk
1 C frozen mango pieces
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch pink salt
2 squares dark chocolate, melted to swirl your glass
Optional add ins:
Maca
Turmeric
Collagen
Protein powder
