New Study Confirms Diet High in Prebiotic Fiber Inulin is Better for Your Gut Health!

Fiber is a hot-topic when it comes to nutrition and health these days, and we want to share with you some of the evidence behind why we’ve included plenty of fiber (and in particular, PRE-biotic fiber) in our signature Daily Uplifter and what that means for your gut health.

Interestingly, it was the prebiotic called inulin which the adults who ate a high-fiber diet responded to better in the study and led to an increased number of good bacteria living in their digestive tract.
