Prebiotic Fiber Banana Muffins
Ingredients

4 ripe Bananas, mashed

6 egg whites

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Uplift Food Daily Uplifter

3/4- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, egg whites, vanilla, sea salt, and cinnamon and whisk. Add baking soda, and baking powder and almond flour and mix. Add in about 3/4 cup of your chocolate chips, and save the remaining for topping.

Pour your batter into a well greased muffin tray. Top with more cinnamon and chocolate chips.
