Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry Shake
Ingredients:
- One cup milk
- Frozen banana
- Handful blueberries
- One serving of the Daily Uplifter
- One tablespoon of maca powder
- One tablespoon almond butter
- One scoop vanilla protein
- One cup ice cubes
