Prebiotic Fiber Cranberry Coconut Lemon Energy Balls

Prebiotic Fiber Cranberry Coconut Lemon Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- ¼ cup lemon juice and zest
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and transfer to a blender to combine
- Roll combined mixture into 8 medium sized balls and transfer to the fridge for at least 1 hr. Consume within 2 days.
