Prebiotic Fiber Cauliflower Oatmeal

Prebiotic Fiber Cauliflower Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1.5-2 cups of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- 1 tbsp of flax meal
- Lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pb2
Instructions:
- Combine each ingredient into a saucepan on a low flame.
- While your oats are cooking - combine pb2 powder and stir to combine.
- Once oats are finished, about 10 minutes, pour into a bowl and serve.
