Prebiotic Fiber Cauliflower Oatmeal

Instagram influencer, @foodonfleeek always keeps us on our toes with creative and exciting gut-healthy breakfast ideas! Check out this gut happy cauliflower oatmeal recipe that will keep you in a good mood, just through food!

Prebiotic Fiber Cauliflower Oatmeal

 Uplift Food Daily Uplifter prebiotic supplement gut health psychobiotic prebiotic fiber gut happy cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1.5-2 cups of frozen cauliflower rice 
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter 
  • 1 tbsp of flax meal
  • Lots of cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp pb2

Instructions:

  1. Combine each ingredient into a saucepan on a low flame.
  2. While your oats are cooking - combine pb2 powder and stir to combine. 
  3. Once oats are finished, about 10 minutes, pour into a bowl and serve.
