Prebiotic Fiber Citrus Orange Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- Juice from 1 large orange
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of almond milk or any other milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- Ice to thicken
Instructions:
Combine each ingredient into a blender and pulse.
