Prebiotic Fiber Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup other frozen fruit
- Frozen spinach, fresh kale or chard, some spirulina powder
- Water
- A handful of ice
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- A tablespoon of almond or peanut butter
- Vanila protein powder
- Turmeric + pepper
