Here's the recipe for Meghan's GORGEOUS Coffee Protein Smoothie:
3/4 cup cold brew or chilled coffee
1 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup gluten free oats
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
